In layman's terms, we provide all the necessary tools and technologies necessary for operating wireless hotspots from a central location. Our hosted, back-office management solution helps hotspot operators and service providers to easily setup hotspots in any public or private venues and operate them from a single console.

HIS’ backend services are available seven days a week and 24 hours a day. The solution can be customized to meet the specific needs of the service provider and offers wide range of services including centralized authentication, metering, billing, customer care, captive portals with advertisements, network monitoring & management, self signup portals, security and reporting.

Additionally, we also offer managed services for service providers who want to outsource all their back-office tasks and Wi-Fi design and installation services.
